TRAINER

IIAC Trainer are ambassadors of the Italian espresso culture and act by transmitting to students the information and basic tasting technique for evaluating the drink. They are figures authorized to conduct the Italian Espresso Experience seminar.
The Italian Espresso Experience seminar provides basic preparation for tasting Italian espresso, touching on the basic principles of sensory analysis of the drink and the use of the tasting sheet, transmitting knowledge to participants in an intuitive way, alternating theory with the practice of tasting.
The IIAC Trainer qualification is achieved by participating in the specific courses and passing its exams. Members of IIAC - International Institute of Coffee Tasters who have successfully attended the M1, M2 and M3 courses are entitled to participate.
