Big Sensory Soft is a software that statistically processes the descriptive test of sensory analysis. It is useful for understanding the expertise of individual sensory judges, building effective tasting sheets for any product, obtaining product profiles, comparing and determining differences between multiple products, and allowing the configuration of the number of judges and the number of descriptors.
The software is also able to perform processing in short periods of time, exporting the data to excel or csv files, returning a report with graphs and tables, and has great flexibility.
