IIAC Lecturer are authorized teachers able to hold one or more IIAC - International Institute of Coffee Taster courses, directly contributing to the dissemination of the independent and scientific method, both nationally and internationally.
​
The figure is highly qualified, after a complete training course and through dedicated Lecturer courses, it acquires technical expertise in the sensory analysis of coffee and the ability to transmit the principles with clarity and passion, underlying the IIAC method.
