Since 2006, International Coffee Tasting, the competition organized by IIAC - International Institute of Coffee Tasters, has been an international point of reference for quality coffees.

An inclusive competition, open to all producers who wish to highlight their products. International Coffee Tasting is above all a commercial support: the awarded coffees increase their prestige and take on greater relevance in the market.

All the awards assigned by International Coffee Tasting have their strength in the strictly scientific method of the competition: quality is evaluated through blind tastings, performed by panels of verified sensory judges and a statistical validation of the results.

To participate as a sensory judge in International Coffee Tasting, it is necessary to have completed and passed the IIAC M1 course and sent a request to participate.
