Mokador Experience Academy is a hub dedicated to the art of coffee, gourmet fast food, and mixology. It opened its doors in Faenza on the second floor of the company's historic headquarters, after meticulous design work to create an immersive and experiential space. Dedicated to professionals, taste lovers, and coffee enthusiasts, the Mokador Experience Academy provides students with a team of qualified trainers who constantly study and monitor new market trends to offer up-to-date and valuable training. The Academy's mission is to transmit highly effective tools to help professionals become the best in their professions.

Mokador Experience Academy was born from an idea by company president Matteo Castellari, to create a meeting and training space dedicated to customers, offering them access to the experience and knowledge of coffee, the fruit of over 50 years of experience in the industry. In 2019, Barbara Alpi, director of the training center and project team leader, took up the challenge and formed a team of professionals both internal and external to Mokador who began designing new spaces and activities, all centered on experience. Training takes place through the sharing of knowledge and its immediate application within the hub, designed to provide plenty of practical space. A large room with numerous stations, with top-quality equipment, dedicated to coffee, mixology, and a compact professional kitchen offers in-depth study of fast and gourmet dining. Theory classes are also available to delve deeper into coffee culture, as well as management and promotion of a successful business.

A team of trainers led by Marco Cini, training manager and Mokador Quality Ambassador, is responsible for designing and delivering the courses. All Academy trainers are professionals with significant experience in their field and are always seeking new solutions and proposals for successful businesses.
