Jolly Caffè was founded in Florence in 1953 by Dante Belardinelli. Its mission is to provide an espresso blend of unparalleled excellence and a consistent sensory profile. In 1999, Jolly Caffè was the first Italian company to obtain the Espresso Italiano Certificato certification for its espresso blend.

Jolly Caffè focuses on the culture of authentic Italian Espresso, the promotion of professionalism among industry professionals, and consumer satisfaction.

For over 20 years, it has collaborated with the IIAC - International Institute of Coffee Tasters, and thanks to its CEO Gerlando Maggiordomo, it is a founding member of the Istituto Espresso Italiano (IEI).
