Academia Italcaffè offers a 360° experience. From botany to harvesting and processing techniques, to specialized training for professionals: a multipurpose space dedicated to our customers and all coffee lovers, allowing them to learn and delve deeper into the fascinating world of coffee through courses, workshops, and seminars. The courses take place in a 75-square-meter space specifically dedicated to training. The room features 12 independent stations for theoretical lessons, two areas equipped with professional coffee shop management equipment, and a station dedicated to mixology and other extraction techniques.

Remo Poli, Italcaffè's CEO and a keen sensory analysis enthusiast, is the head of Academia Italcaffè. This passion led him to complete all the IIAC - International Institute of Coffee Tasters - courses, earning the Italian Espresso Trainer qualification in 2012. He is supported by two coffee trainers: Barbara Bocciardo, who has always supervised training at Italcaffè, and expert barista Giacomo Lo Cascio.
