Thus, the IIAC - International Institute of Coffee Tasters, aiming to consolidate the scientific sensory evaluation method of coffee by avoiding an important variable, developed a cup capable of acting as a magnifying glass for the perceived characteristics of Italian espresso, starting with the cream, then moving on to the direct olfactory experience, and finally the transport of the liquid to the mouth.

It was in this context that the collaboration with Club House was born, a Brescia-based company that, with over 8 million pieces produced each year, is one of the major players in the European market for professional porcelain for the coffee industry.
