CAFFÈ ROEN TRAINING CENTER

Caffè Roen Training Center is the training center of the family-run artisanal coffee company founded in 1979, Torrefazione Caffè Roen of Sergio Bendinelli. Rooted in the local area, the company soon turned its attention to foreign and Central European markets, earning international recognition for its award-winning blends at International Coffee Tastings.
This training and promotion center for Italian espresso and cappuccino culture offers training courses and awareness-raising activities for professionals and coffee lovers. The school aims to grow and establish itself as a recognized international point of reference, also thanks to the network of professionals and tools provided by IIAC Academy.
The school is located in Affi, on the communication axis between Northern and Southern Europe, and its strategic position makes it an attractive hub for Italian and European professionals, as well as tourists, coffee lovers, and experts traveling between the regional capitals, Lake Garda, and the mountain resorts. The facility is equipped with classrooms, spaces, and technological equipment designed to host courses for up to 15 people, seminars, and large events for the press and tourists.
The Academy's director is IIAC Trainer Enrico Bendinelli, a young roaster, company administrator, and multilingual export director, expert in quality control of both green coffee and finished products. Enrico Bendinelli discovered coffee sensory analysis through the IIAC courses and fell in love with it, so much so that, after completing the entire IIAC training program, he also earned the qualification of Brand Ambassador from Centro Studi Assaggiatori.
